The seller has the right to collect informations about buyers including by using cookies, and, if he wants, transmit them to commercial partners.
Buyers can contest about the personal datas disclosure by notifying the seller. Users have the right to access and modify datas concerning them, as said by the French law of January, 6th 1978.
Storage - Proof
The seller will storage orders confirmations and invoices on a reliable and lasting material to make a faithful copy, as the article number 1348 of the French Civil code said.
Seller’s computerised registers will be regarded by the parts as a communication, order, paiements and deal proofs.
